There should be a separate line/system for smog checks. Why would someone choose to wait 2 1/2 hours for a smog check at Toyota when I can go to the little business by my house and get it done in 20 minutes? Also, why have appointments at all? If everyone is going to be waiting hours and hours and treated like they are dropping their car off for the whole day.
Ozzy was respectful and helpful; my concern is not with his service but with the process for smog check customers.

Oscar was fast, courteous, and explained what will be done on my Highlander and went over the mechanic’s report afterwards. No surprises. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. All of other employees were friendly and patient. That’s a big reason why I always return to Claremont Toyota for my car’s periodic service.
2 new tires were recommended, so because I declined to have them replaced today, tires were not rotated (alignment issue,I know), however air was not even added to the tires either. If tire rotation is included in price and it is not performed why am I charged the full price of the service anyway?

He explains everything that is being done to my car and when an unexpected circumstances occur he calls immediately and lets you know what is going on and needed for your safety. I bought my car new February 2013 and you have been the only place to do all my car maintenance.

I returned today May 17 for my driver side seatbelt to be repaired, part was not ordered service rep said she would order parts required per Mr Gonzalez platt was not ordered. Drove here for nothing ???????????
