I arrived on time for my 8 o’clock appointment for the first oil change on my 2021 Prius and joined a group of cars waiting. They all left within minutes, but soon I was waiting by myself - it was almost 20 minutes before my somebody came to help me check in. (Apparently my own advisor was “busy”... why was I assigned to him if he were “busy”?) Otherwise the service was fine. My car was done in a timely matter.... but would have been done twenty minutes earlier if I hadn’t had to wait ..

We cannot trust Phillip Tarin and Jesus Legaspi as they recommended changing front brake pads. They reported that they were only 1 mm left on the pads (See Multipoint Inspection). They saved the old front pads and they were 5 mm thick. We had to spend an extra $290. They lied. We are very dissatisfied.
