When it came time for the staff to bring my car to me, they took so long that I had to track down Scott and have him personally retrieve it. After all the time I had waited for my car, Scott and I saw that no one had even begun to retrieve my car. Otherwise, the service was fine.

Oscar did a great job, and everything that needed to be checked was checked off. Somewhere along the line I thought there was a free car wash, which didn’t occur, also the wait time to actually get my car after I paid the bill was excessively long. Just an idea. Have all the finished cars park in a close lot with numbered spaces. When paying the bill one would pick up your keys with the space number on it. One can walk to the space pick up your car and drive off.

A recall that took longer than it should. Made appointment at 8:00am and didn’t receive a call until the evening that you all didn’t have the part available and it was going to be another day. I would have liked that information up front so I can arrange for a loan or rental. I have a job too and my truck is my only means of transportation.

Jeremy provided excellent customer service. And truly showed he cared. My experience with the car return process didn't go as smoothly as it has been in the past. And feel that it needs improvement.

I asked for my car to be serviced plus do only one thing - fix the tire pressure idiot light that keeps staying on regardless of the tire pressure. Did the problem get fixed? NO!
