Your car wash was not working?
I had to wait over haft an hour to pick up my car after I am done with the cashier service. This is not the first time it happen to me. Each time the car was not mark with a number so that it is difficult for the service person to find my car.
No problems to report. Great experience.

They texted and gave me paperwork to sign that my car was ready for pick-up but it wasn't until after I asked about my car twice within the 45 min after waiting for them to bring me my car that the finally brought it. They had forgotten to have someone bring me my car.
check in took a long time, no call to update when the service took longer than expected, no instructions from service rep at time of drop off regarding procedure for pickup (where to go, pay at cashier and they will get you the car, etc.)
for the most part people were nice and the service was performed as expected, but as a first time customer, I was not satisfied with the ease of getting through the process.
Scott was nice though.
Wasted 6 hours of my valuable time and you guys did not even attempt to fix the one thing I asked you to. I am beyond dissatisfied, I am frustrated and upset. Please make it right.
Took my vehicle in for an oil change which I was told it would be about 11/2 hours it took 5 hours plus before I was called that my vehicle was done! Very Disappointed!
I was treated with patience and respect I was also happy except for a fuse that I did not get and after I paid for it so I’ll be going back thank u
After having my truck serviced for a regular maintenance check. I can home and parked in my home drive way. A few hours later, I moved my truck and noticed my drive way was STAINED by oil. My truck keeps on leaking, and I’m hoping that first thing Monday 5/24, I will give Humberto Gonzalez a call to further figure out what will be happening next.
I will be keeping this note as proof of writing after receiving the survey for how my visit was today

As per your technician both air filters where dirty.
I checked both filters and the look clean to me.
And as for the other he recommended i well check this week myself
They take a long time to do an oil change, they ask me to make an appointment over the phone and there is no space When i do it.
