Olivia was unprofessional and did not communicate with me at all in regards to my car services. Olivia was rude and was not helpful in solving my issue while I was there at the dealership. Olivia can benefit from learning to communicate with her clients more efficiently with accurate information. Due to her bad service I will not be bringing my car to be services at this dealership. She wasted 6 hours of my day, she cost me a doctors appointment and fee and she delivered a terrible first experience at Toyota for me.

Was told I'd be getting a oil change, filter change, and my collision system was to be fixed. All I was told that I was using my collision system wrong, and that I'm not due for a service with oil. I'd rather get a oil change under 10,000 MI rather than over 10,000 mi with a brand new car.
