I have to say I was very pleased with how he handled the repair under warranty for my Sequoia. This kind of high quality service was what I was hoping to receive from the dealer since I moved to the area and will be bringing my car in offer for service. Go Ozzy!!!!

Very good service. Ozzy kept me informed about my cars servicing. Not so good when I picked it up. Had to wait over 20 minutes for car to be brought to me. Not very organized. Everyone was waiting a long time.
