The regular reminder sticker for next service indicating mileage was not added to the windshield.

Candace was great. The tech left my hood unlatched and it popped open on the freeway. Although there was not damage, this is unacceptable. The service manager never returned my call when I asked to speak to him. Very bad follow up to a safety concern.

Jeremy Wright is always so very helpful,he explains in detail everything we discuss regarding keeping my vehicle in tip top shape! I personally have recommended your service department to two of my friends, and have included that they should make an appointment with Jeremy for service on their vehicles. They have both been very satisfied with their service experience and have related to me that Jeremy is very professional and courteous each time they've been in fir servic.

Excellent Service Rep. No hassle, explains everything clearly. He's the reason why I've come to Claremont for the last 10+ years
Not a friendly service when I arrived to drop the car. I told Scott what issues I had and he said "what do you want us to do". The whole point was for you guys to look into it. He did not read the comments that I provided when making the appointment.
Manager assumed my car was repainted (without confirming) when I only wanted them to check a discoloration of the hood.
Very disappointed.
I was under the impression that I would have gotten my car washed after today’s service. It seemed like my vehicle was even more dirtier inside then when I had left it to get worked on. Not a big deal but I just thought that was what they do here. New to here.
