Don't be sneaky with costs. I asked upfront how much it would be and you low balled it and then I was charged more. Just be honest with how much I have to pay. I don't appreciate being lied to and feel scammed.
I ask for change oil but I didn’t get it!And we waited for so long and my car is parked at the parking lot for more than 30 minutes before they call us that my car is ready. Its my first but bad experience
Bought a NEW car on May 19, 2021. First time Toyota buyer and the clip on the passenger side door needed to be replaced. It broke the very next day. And the quality of the steering wheel is bad. Service agent said inspected other cars on the lot and found to be all the same. I feel since it’s clearly poor work quality I could have been offered a steering wheel cover.

So far the brakes stopped making the noise.
I have brought in my vehicle and explained that it will not start from time to time. Nothing was done except the multipoint inspection. I was not happy at all that nothing else was tested. My daughter could not take her behind the wheel exam at the DMV because the car would not start. Then to be blown off today and told I had to schedule another appointment is not acceptable.
It really frustrates me when you make an appointment and you have to wait 45 minutes in line to have your vehicle checked in on the weekend other than that everything was good
The staff here are very friendly. Always a pleasant experience, will return for future car needs.
