Javier heard my concerns. They were addressed. The multi-point inspection noted several other issues, which I agreed to have fixed. Our little Prius, which we bought new from Claremont Toyota, continues to get 45 mpg. It is worth the cost of the repair, even at 16 years of age. Thank you. John W

I mentioned that I saw some oil around the oil filter, but it's still there when I went home and checked again. Dont need to contact me, work with your mechanic.

He said that flushing the break fluid is recommended but since I don’t know anything about cars. I really wish he had gone into more detail. Also you have way too many people coming in at the same time! That was so busy!!

I was told it was going to take around 2 and a half hours to service my car. Almost around the 4 hrs mark I decided to call but couldn't get a hold of Juanita. A few minutes later I get a text that my car was ready, which felt like the car was ready way before and they forgot to let me know. At least let me know that it's going to take more time than expected. Other than that I have no complaints om the service provided. Thank you.

I was but I think I was also a little confused when I set up the online appointment I thought it said there would be a car wash but there wasn’t, not sure if that was supposed to have been included or offered as an option.
