No need for callback, was already spoken to at dealership. The new system in place to checking and dropping off vehicle for service needs a great improvement! The previous system seemed to be more effective and smooth. I had to wait around 25-30 mins to being seen my an assigned advisor in which I believe I was forgotten about until finally Javier interviened and helped me out. Than when I went to pickup my car it seemed to be even more chaotic. The employees back your car up into the driveway and when I was getting ready to drive off, another employee backs up another car in front of me blocking me in! I see a potential accident waiting to happen. I had a Horrible experience

My vehicle still jerks when accelerate from a red light zI really don't think that is normal. It does it less than before but it still dose it.

My experience with Claremont Toyota is straight from a nightmare. I honestly will do whatever I can to not return here ever again. I would never recommend anyone bring their vehicle here to get service done. I have told everyone I know to stay away from this place. Javier is an awful service person to work with. I brought my car in for an appointment I had to have my tire looked at because I had a bail in my tire. Javier messes with the nail to see if it went all the way through. Immediately as he messes with it, it starts letting out a bunch of air. Then he takes me inside where he tells me that they don’t have my tire in stock and I have to leave my car overnight. I ask if they have a courtesy car available because I am a single mom and need to take my daughter to and from school. He tells me, “We don’t give courtesy cars to people like you.” So I said, “But you messed with the mail making it unsafe to take home.” He shrugs his shoulders as if yo say “Oh well.” So I leave my car and walk 2.5 miles to my home inn90 degree heat. I have to take the bus to get my daughter to school. We had to walk 1.5 miles to get to a bus stop to get her to school. Then we had just missed the bus as she got out of school and had to walk 5-6 miles to get her hone from school. Tony did call to try to make things right and I am sure he pushed my car ahead to get it finished because I told him I had two very important dr appointments in addition to getting my daughter to and from school on Thursday. I do appreciate his efforts. Tony called when we were nearly back home from my daughter’s school. I was suffering from heat exhaustion and told him I am going to try to get cooled off before walking the 2.5 miles to get my car. He offered to get me a lift, but I didn’t know how much longer it would take us to get home and I needed to hydrate and cool down for a bit so I told him I would figure it out. I had to walk 2.5 miles back to the dealer to pick up my car that was supposed to be ready. When I got to the cashier, she told me to head out to the patio and they will be right there with my car. I waited over a half hour. At least 10-20 other people that came to the patio after me had gotten their cars and left. I went back to the cashier to check on my car. She informed me that they were still trying to find my car. There was no chairs on the patio available and I was in a lot of pain after walking over 11 miles that day due to Javier messing with the nail when he shouldn’t have touched it. The cashier said she would put a note on it to rush it. I got my car about 15 minutes later. I waited for about 45 minutes total to get my car that was ready at least an hour before I arrived. This place’s customer service is a joke. The only good encounter was with Tony. Javier is awful and definitely made me feel like more of an inconvenience than a valued customer. And his comment seemed awfully discriminatory. I would love to know what kind of person that I am that so don’t deserve a courtesy vehicle when he made my car unsafe to drive. I have been sharing my experience from this visit with everyone that I know do they can avoid being treated like this as well. Worst experience I have ever had with a service department or mechanic ever!!!! I will do everything in my power to avoid ever bringing my car her again. Also, I will avoid doing business in the future with this dealership. This has left an awful taste in my mouth.
