I think when you pay for your car the keys should be handed to you instead of in the car anyone could have come and stolen my car.I observed my car just sitting there while paying my bill i think this should be change for safety reason

My coupon said I was supposed to get a complimentary car wash. This is the second time that didn’t happen. So maybe don’t put it on the coupon if your team isn’t going to follow through.

I waited over 50 minutes to check in to my apot, causing an issue with my work. The reason for my appt was either not moted or sonething, causing more delay in droppibg off my vehicle. Upon check out, I had to wait again for overv40 mins because I was incorrectly charged. There is somethibg wrongvwith how your systems work.
