Phil was very helpful, friendly and informative. However, when I received my car back there was personal paperwork (such as blank checks) scattered on the passenger side floor. I am not sure if I will return to have my car serviced at this location.

Juanita was very courteous and patient with explaining services and recommendations. Provided a reasonable timeframe and delivered vehicle earlier. Suggestion for overall service center is to find a way to improve efficiency of appointment check in.

The battery is very expensive. The total cost us about $500. Internet coupon can not be used. This is a little bit disappointed.

Scott and Service Mgr Mike we’re extremely helpful and went the extra mile for me providing excellence in service for a very large repair. My car was in the shop for a week and they even provided a loaner car which was awesome and helpful since I am in sales which requires me to be on the road. I truly appreciate their help, thoughtfulness and professionalism and I can’t thank them enough!
