I'v been getting leasing car and servicing my car there for long time. This time, Olivia Vedoy Pratt did my paper work for me. She had a big horrible attitude, angry vibe, horrible and unprofessional customer service. I couldn't believed Toyota hired her. I'm from Japan. I almost was going to report about her horrible behavior at Toyota customer dependent to Toyota headquarters in Japan. Could you please train her well manner customer service to her?
Olivia was an absolute sweetheart, and made the process super painless. All in all a good experience.
Work had been scheduled for a week. Parts had not been ordered for recall. A ride was not available as promised. Not Scott's fault, only bright point of a dismal day.
Check in process was much too long! It took 50 minutes of just sitting in line. Candace however was excellent in doing her job.

Service line takes too long. Need service advisors to be available asap. Should not have to wait to be seen with an appointment. Same goes for pickup of the vehicle. Need more energetic porters
Always excellent service at Claremont Toyota. Luis R. Macías gave me a few options for new tires and gave me the techs suggestion on doing the fuel injection on soon and I will be scheduling both services to be done next month.
