I was very disappointed. I merely went to get a battery replaced and was delivered my vehicle with no dash lights . I reported this to your Service manager (mr sanchez) but quickly dismissed it as pure chance . I have purchased two cars from your facility and now I will take my business somewhere else. I will need my vehicle repaired.

I had informed Scott that part of the service I wanted was an oil change, but he let me know that I still had 5,000 miles to go before it needed to be done. So, in that respect, he saved me money! Always great working with him.

It was a wonderful experience overall!! Everyone was so friendly and made me feel right at home since I just moved here from a different city, I feel so welcomed and will coming back for all my services! Since I live only 10 minutes away! Thank you Scott you are the best!!! Everyone had smiles even behind there masks!! I love the environment here!

I did not know anything about changing oil between conventional vs synthetic oils that 5000 miles for conventional and 10000 for the synthetic ones if i should have known i would not have to travel that ling till the next change hopefully advised mow customer about it in he future would nice thanks

The appointment was done . Two weeks in advance give a reminder, give the direction of what i needed. And still was not done. Waited another hour for the concern finally addressed . And maid to feel like I didn’t communicate enough . I was at fault for not having written on paper work. Wheel lock missing from the last time it was serviced at Claremont Toyota.. I have three new vehicles that I get service regularly . They didn’t even offer a complementary car wash on any of my vehicles..????????????

Juanita was not nice, and when we said no to the 100,000 mile service because we were not prepared. She totally changed , she had me sign she got up and left. I don’t think I will come back to Clairmont Toyota, I will rather pay for my oil change at another Toyota.
