I want to say Zoup is great! Fantastic, hands on..Very caring...Those cashiers ****..Questioned me about get my SUV..Made me wait over 35 minutes just to pick up my SuV..After it was said it was done..People just picking up there car before me and after me..,Not a care for me in the world..Until I had to jump there asses for not giving me my SUv..As a customer, I should not have to beg to get my SUV..That's what happened, I beg, pleaded then got mad..Then really mad and then got my SuV..Those 3 cashiers should be fired for there lazy, no care, no effort, My whole other experience there was 10.. Those girls (Cashiers) dropped it down to a 1..

Had appt but waited over 30 min. while others after me went through. It wasn’t until Scott pulled up my name and directly came to assist me. I have had him before. He helped in making a frustrating experience so much better. I will always ask for his service from now on.

Osvaldo was a great Gentleman. He went over his way to greet us and inform us About our vehicle. He kept us well informed. Finally he took care of us in our own Language, which is hard to find. Not that we don’t know English, but it make us feel very comfortable which is very good. Thank you

It took me 3 hours just to do the maintenance and rotation of the tires. I've never had a service that waited so long for a service from Toyota. In addition, despite signing autographs and receiving receipts, it took another 20 minutes to find the car. In my opinion, the Claremont Toyota should be need to do better time management. My family is all Toyota members, but I'm thinking of changing it to a different branch.

I was in the waiting room for 2 and a half hours before they told me they didn’t had the part. I was told I would get a loaner car the same day. But I was notified for one.

It took over 2o minutes to see the a service advisor and over 30 minutes to see the cashier and get my car. The cashier was doing everything she could to get all of the customers processed. She was only one person and there was a line out the door waiting to checkout. You need additional staff to accommodate your customers. I understand this is the norm in the late afternoon This is not the kind of service we expect
