I was like 40 minutes waiting for them to attend me to receive my car to service as they told me they were in lunch, I think that there should always be someone receiving the cars for service, but the service was Perú, thanks

I when for a oil change and I told them I only one a oil change I ask another worker how much was a oil change and he said 59.99 and I said to him why this guy is charged me 89.95 I when back to him and he said the car was done and them I said well I told you I only want an oil change and I said so you still will charge me 89.95 and his yeah the car is done and I told him I thought you said you will call the work to put the tires back since the rotated them So yes I’m not happy first time this happened to me and I always bring my car here for an oil change but after this I don’t think I want to come back
