Toyota wanted me to pay 64 dollars when they toll me I’ll be getting my oil change for free. I’m so disappointed

Waited over 30 minutes in line when I had an appointment. Also, I received a text message to pay $30 for my service when I have Toyota Care. Luckily, I did not pay and was told I did not owe anything from the cashier.
Oscar was a big help and super nice guy!!!the only problem with him is that he is a Dodger fan!!!!!he is a very efficient individual however!

My appointment was at 10:45 am I arrived at 10:30 am and waited in my car in the heat 11:20 am I feel this is too long of a wait for a scheduled appointment. When I asked if I could get off my car and wait inside because it was too hot in the car that’s when my information was finally taken and I was able to leave me hot vehicle. I just think there should be a better system in place.

If we are replacing a fuel pump that has already been replaced under a recall why are we having to replace the replacement? That is an explanation that I would like to have, if possible. Also I would like to see and photograph the replaced part.
If that is not possible may I please have an explanation as to why it is not possible.

I came in for our lifetime oil change but was told by Scott and the service manager that the new owner of the dealership will not honor it. Scott’s overall attitude was rude and unwelcoming. The service manager agreed to one last free oil change as we had already come in with this expectation.
Upon retrieving our car after the oil change I had waited for more than 30 min for valet to bring the car up from the parking lot. I finally inquired the cashier for my car and it turns out that they had entered the wrong parking spot and valet never bothered to check why the car wasn’t where it was entered. Instead skipped getting my car and leaving me hanging. My car is a maroon red 2019 RAV-4. There was only one in the parking lot! Even if the spot was entered incorrectly a competent valet would be able to find it and realize it was entered wrong. This is the second time this happened under the new ownership. I am fully convinced this is purposely done to annoy me as I’m coming in for a free oil change and possibly further discourage me to come back for my free oil change.
