I had an appointment at 10:15am, I was told it takes about 2 hours to finish the oil change. However, the service was done by 3:00 pm. It took more than 4 hours to finish. It should be improved in the future. Thanks

Your phone system is junk. Stop wasting your money on it. Call your service department like a customer would and be treated to the wonderful junk system and see for yourself. Your phone system rings somewhere and then hangs up on you. Great for customer satisfaction.

Going beyond the expectations of a guest.. with a smile n 5 important things I say that makes a great employee fir clairmont Toyota!! #1- communication on all levels and assured me my vehicle would be service correctly ....#2-do the right thing- n did not turn me away n got my truck serviced treating me as a valued customer..#3-attitude was and is always above par on every visit!! Makes u feel comfortable n wanted peaceful n easy making sure to ask all questions needed..#4-.. effort- she took me in when all reservations were full although I told her I would come back another time... but insisted I stay for the few hours on a oil change, how can I not when she made the effort to get me in with a great attitude by doing the right thing, and communication from the get go... we are ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen “ that was Olivia!!!! Great asset for ur dealership! Whole idea is ito make sure guest come back n get the best service fir a great reputation for clairmont Toyota!!! A+! Olivia!! That’s my score alway n every time I go!!

Rude service. Inconsiderate, non apologetic. Have to take my car back because the person who worked on my car did not reset the maintenance required option. Which keeps popping up. Now I have to take time out of my schedule to go back. One of the worst services I've received.
