Scratches on my car that were Not there before. I will say that the management team did everything to make it better including cleaning the interior of my car at no charge. They also ran my car through the Auto Butler a second time as the first time.

Service was very slow . My car was dropped off at 10:33 and wasn’t ready until after 4 pm
Get a tire balancer that can handle 35 12.5 tires. I was surprised that they couldn't balance my tires.
I use to have my car serviced in Oklahoma and they always vacuumed my car out, also I thought my service plan was still good but when I came to get my car and was told I owed 86.00. I brought my car there for its last service so I just thought they would tell me. I really didn't have the money to do that today being that I'm the only one in my family working right now.
