Check in and check out experience was perfect. I noticed that the list of work done included checking the floor mat positioning. However, the driver's side mat was not only sort of pushed up under the pedals, it was loose from both anchors at the rear of the mat. It was definitely not unattached when I dropped it off. I thought you should know.

2.75 hours to complete a tire rotation, oil change and a coolant system flush is way too long. I was early for my appointment and after 1.5 hours...I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Then, instead of bringing the car up when finished as Lisa had kindly asked them to do because I needed to pick my wife up from outpatient surgery...they parked it somewhere. Lisa was kind enough to get up and and take me to my car. In this day and age, where customer service makes the difference...if I bring my car back to Springhill, it will only be because Lisa made the extra effort. The rest of your team can learn from her!

Edward Fleming has always been the Best when taking care of my cars. He is the ONLY one I leant to handle my car. He always makes things right and let’s me know if anything else needs to be fixed
My car was not washed, and brown grease finger prints were on the sides of the hood and the fuel door. My car is white. My side view mirrors were adjusted to see the sky, and my seat was moved and not readjusted.
The service that Mr. Fleming gave was excellent.
I had a tire with very slow leak. after concerted effort, service tech found a very small hole in the tread sidewall area. Bad news, tire had to be replaced. Good news I received a discounted price on the tire and remounting!! Tire inflation prob solved!!!!! Jeff Collins & service techs strive for cust satisfaction.
