Best service experience from a dealer that I've had in my 40 year life. It's the little things. Not pushy at all and my car was washed before i got it back. All around an hour wait. Wow! Again, it's the little things

The technician did not inform me of a major problem wth my vehicle that was clearly noticeable. And bc of his lack of workmanship it cost me a lot of time an money lost on my job. An if I had not inspected my own truck it would have cost me a lot of money. So bc of this I’m going back to eastern shore Toyota from now on...
There was a plastic part oft on the floorboard that I have no idea what it belongs too. Plus I thought all cars were ran there the car wash when serviced.
Well once again I was not satisfied, there was grease on my doors , floor mats and steering wheel, and also if I had not opened my hood I would not have found the oil container that was left to catch the oil from my oil filter when they change it. It has always been something wrong that I didn’t like . I’m going to buy a new Toyota Camry TRD but it want be from Spring Hill Toyota

Our 4 runner did not have any scratches on the running boards when we took it in for an oil change on Saturday February 20 2021, now there are several large deep scratches on the drivers side running board. Also the tires were rotated and now the vehicle shakes really bad at about 62 mph. There is also a lot of shaking in the steering wheel.
We scheduled service during a long road trip that included an overnight stay on Mobile. We were fortunate to have selected Springhill Toyota. Service was quick and efficient. Both the service agent and the technician were very helpful and personable. This was one of the smoothest and least stressful experience we have had with a dealership.
