I am always completely satisfied with Jeff Collins. He certainly did not know that the technician did not put tires right air pressure.

I will be coming in tomorrow to speak with management, not even hours later after getting my tires rotated there, I get home to discover I have lost a hub cap so undoubtedly someone didn't do their job correctly and I want an immediate refund and/or replacement at the very least. I have had this car for some time now and have not once ever lost a hub cap and just happens to happen the day I get my tires rotated at your dealership. It's unacceptable and I am not happy about it at all. My call back number is ****-****-xxxx.

FYI - Took vehicle elsewhere for 2nd opinion. Seems CV axle did not require replacement. R/F & L/F outer tie rods did need replacing, plus alignment. Work done, including parts, for $277, as opposed to over $1200 estimate at Springhill Toyota. AND,needed 3 tires, which I was not told about at Toyota. Not necessarily true, but I get feeling an OLD woman is an easy target there.
