I purchase my 2016 Corolla from your delearship and only have it served at your dealership. They never wash or vacuum my vehicle. I no I don’t have auto butler but as a courtesy. My daughter take hers to eastern shore and they. Wash her vehicle after service she has no auto butler. My sister in law has the exact same car I have, purchased her car from Palmers and after her service they wash and vacuum her vehicle. She has no auto butler. Maybe I don’t have a big expensive car is why you guys don’t provide that service.

Arrived at 140 pm with appointment time of 2 pm and didnt leave til nearly 5pm for a 10k service! Not only that when I got in my vehicle it was vibrating very badly which it wasn't doing when I arrived also the tire pressure light was on when it wasn't when I arrived I immediately returned to dealer and told them the issue the service advisor wanted to blame it on mud in rim! There's no more mud in the tire than when I arrived which was not the case! I told him I believed they may have knocked a weight off balance or lug nuts not tight enough! The advisor wouldn't have anything done about it just asked if I wanted to rotate tires back to where they were! I had to drive my vehicle home 70 miles with a severe shake which I didn't have prior to doing business with this service dept! I will be contacting toyota tomorrow and having my vehicle seen at a different dealership! Will never return to this dealer and will leave negative google review

I would never recommend that Toyota dealership nor will I ever make a purchase there again. I’m going to share my story about that location to every social media platform that I can.
