Service adviser needs more training or information about services loyalty customer, I am not satisfied service department , about my vehicle I gets serviced my SUV RAV4,I Purchased 4/18, when I brought the vehicle, I am so happy with products I purchased , because I was brought 3 vehicle from TOYOTA , as far sales service is excellent , now I own the vehicle under my name , I brought this vehicle for my spouse , she operated the vehicle , most every days short distance from home to work about 2 miles down the road , so I should read the book came with vehicle, about oil change and tire rotation , I DID NOT READ I just find out later on , When I brought the vehicle I asked the sales men , he said your vehicle have 2 years free oils change , That all I remember , TIME GO BYE, I don’t operate the vehicle , some time check oil and tires psi, Times go bye , 8 months later i schedule get service , make Appointment to get service , I cam the TOYOTA Dealership at SPRING HILL at government blvd , i brought the vehicle there get service , I waited for 21/2 Hours to get Oil change and tires rotation , when the vehicle is done , then take too car wash and bring upfront , THE vehicle ready for customers to take home , my RAV4 first 6 months for oil change and tires rotation , which ever comes FIRST , Talks to advise or the front desk get the service , when Service person tell me my vehicle ready , I am so happy to get home , when I getting the paper worked , they did not change oil of my SUV , BECAUSE advice said my SUV did not reached 10000 miles , so I am not satisfied the service ,I TALK TO ADVISE NO NAME , I DEMAND GET OIL , what you think I go get oil change and Tires rotation , for waiting 2 1/2 hours . Then get tires rotation only , I think advise out of the MIND , so now I got oil change , when the vehicle done , service person lets me know the vehicle ready , I asked ADVISE WHY THEY DO NOT CHANGE OIL AND TIRES ROTATION FOR SAME TIME , ADVISE SAID , the vehicle not reached 100000 miles , the vehicle should get FIRST oil change and tires rotation , come back another 6 months to get TIRES ROTATION ONLY , IF THE VEHICLE NOT REACHED 10000 MILES, if it does the change oil too , noticed 2 years 2 OIL CHANGE , 4 TIRES ROTATION , in my case , SECOND SERVICE OIL CHANGE AND TIRES ROTATION , the vehicle not reached 20000 miles , they did not change oil , TIRES ROTATION ONLY , AT THIS POINT I AM NOT SECOND SATISFIED , THAT ABOUT IS REMEMBERED I PURCHASED 3 TOYOTA VEHICLE AT THIS DEALERSHIP I DO NOT HAVE PROBLEMS FIRST 2 VEHICLE I OWNED , ONLY THIS VEHICLE 2018 RAV4 , WHEN I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE , I brought 2 oils change and 4 TIRES ROTATION , I paid for the BUT I DO NOT REMEMBER , TOYOTA DEALERSHIP HAD THE INFORMATION , THEY NOT IMFOR ME ABOUT IT , UNTIL I GET SECOND SERVICE , NOW I KNOWING I GOT 2 OILS CHANGE AND 4 TIRES ROTATION AT ANY TIME I WISH , ALL THAT GOING ON I QUESTION MYSELF SHOULD I CONTINUE DOING BUSINESS WITH TOYOTA AT THIS LOCATION OR DEFERENT PRODUCED???? 02/03/2021 APPOINTMENT GET OIL CHANGE AND TIRES ROTATION , so far so go , QUESTION ABOUT FREE 2 OILS CHANGE AND TIRES ROTATION ? Came and talked to advise . He said I have to pay for the service , I WAS MAD ???? , I asked advise , WHY , he say my vehicle OVER 2 YEARS , but THE FRONT DESK AT TOYOTA CALL ME AND IMFOR , saying I have 2 free oil change and 4 tires rotation , at this DEALERSHIP NOT COMMUNICATION INFORMATION ON THE SAME PAGE ? Or computer need updates ? I came talked to service manager . HE so helpful , EXPLAINING 2 YEARS OIL CHANGE AND TIRES ROTATION first 6 months oil change and tires rotation , 12 months tires rotation ONLY, 18 months oil change and tires rotation , 24 months oil change and tires rotation , that is , I WONDER WHY ADVISE DID DO THAT , he knows he doesn’t do it or this DEALERSHIP DO NOT WANT TO DO IT ??? VEHICLE OWNER LIKE MYSELF , DRIVING SHORT DISTANCE CANNOT REACH THE MILEAGES , SO BASE ON 2 YEARS OR 24 MONTHS WHICH EVER COME FIRST . 10000 MILES LIKE MY VEHICLE CURRENT RIGHT NOW 014500 MILES , IF I BASE ON MILEAGE OR 24 MONTHS WHICH EVER COME FIRST , I losing 1 oil change , FIRST 3 WEEKS I got the nail on my tire , my brother plugged in , at the time I be out the town , When I get back , I forgot about it UNTIL MY WIFE MENTIONED ABOUT IT , SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TO TOYOTA DEALERSHIP GET OIL CHANGE AND TIRES , then asked advise about tire repair , ROTATION THE TIRES AND CHECK IT OUT , I TALKED TO ADVISE TELL TECHNICIAN OR MECHANIC TO LOOK AT , I LIKE TO PACHE IN SIDE , HE CHARGE $18.95 FOR THE PACHE , I AM OK WITH THAT , he said as long as the plug in center of the TIRE , he makes a comment the i brother plugged in can not be PACHE , I didn’t believe that , A FEW YEARS BACK I USE TO WORK ON THE TIRES SHOPS , I PACHE so many tires for customers , they have NO PROBLEM WITH IT , AS SAFETY CONCERN , no NAILS ON THE SIDE OF THE TIRES , TALKED TO SERVICE MANAGER , he will take care of it , THAHK YOU SO MUCH YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND HAVE CONVERSATION WITH CUSTOMERS , I WOULD LIKE TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU , THANKS , I WOULD LIKE GET RESPONSE FOR METTER , if Dealership not respond I will contact corporation !!!!

I paid to have my car detailed and they ran it through the car wash. It was still dirty I showed a young man by the name of Travis. I waited two and a half hours for a simple car wash when it was supposed to be detailed. I am really disappointed with the service I received this time around. I trust Toyota to give me the best car care every visit. They didn’t offer to refund my money . But the guy offered to do the auto butler on my next visit but I told him I get that free anyway. In short I was upset when I left there today. And now I was late for next appointment. Sirviria B

I am very unhappy with my experience today. I am completely unsure as to why I was assigned a different service manager than my usual manager,Jeff. I have been there for years and this is the first time I felt as though the manager had tried to take advantage of me. First,she had no idea I purchased my tires there. Tried to inform me I only purchased two until she actually did take a look at my history. To be quite honest, I am not sure my car even needed a water pump and what I had paid for. Completely unsatisfied with the manager. However, the lady at the register was nice and helpful as always. I can't understand why I was put with someone I've never used when I saw my usual people working. I'd love to see what was actually "broken " that cost me over $500!!
