I brought a brand new 2021 Q3 in because a yellow pre-sense malfunction light is displayed at every start up and at some red lights. I was told this is “normal” and after extensive troubleshooting, there is nothing wrong with this vehicle. This is my 5th Audi and I never knew a malfunction warning light was normal behavior for any new vehicle ?????

This is the bad experience t I have had in my life.. I had to wait 3 months for my car to be fixed. Steve never had the right answer for me. I had to pay 3 months of leasing , without having my car. Audi could give me a car, since my insurance doesn’t pay a car for me for than a month. I will never buy a car again from Audi. They do not care about their clients. The only who tried to help me was Paul the guy who sold the car for me. Bad people, bad service.
