When I left my car at Audi ten days ago I told them that my 2nd key was not working despite having changed the battery. This is the key that I purchased at Audi for about $600 just days longer than the 1 year warranty. The key was returned with a battery change still not working. When I brought this to Her attention she told me I was days past the warranty and basically too bad. I just paid almost $2000 for a sensor to be replaced and $600 for a key that didn’t work longer than a year. This is outrageous service for a premium car company. Very unhappy and will not return. Also will be spreading the word to all my fellow Audi owners of my poor service.
