It was a pleasure working with AJ. I was a little disappointed that the issue wasn’t corrected the first time and my front axle was replaced, but I brought the vehicle back and the shop manager took a ride with me and he was able to diagnose the issue. Audi in CS then waived any additional costs with replacing the left front brake caliper. The vehicle seems to be running great now.

The tire pressure wasn’t registering? Yellow sign came back on? We were 50 miles into our trip back to Naples on Alligator Alley. Not sure if it was reset? But over all a wonderful immediate experience. Thank you , Audi staff!!

I had to return a second time due to a defect in the tire. My service advisor, Luann, seemed rather unsympathetic that this happened. I spoke with the service director, Luan, asking him that I didn’t want to deal with her again. Unfortunately that didn’t happen. She seemed to be an expert on my tire as she knew by looking at it as to why it went flat. I recently moved to Florida after spending most of my life in New York. I purchased my A5 at Biener in great neck Long Island and was never treated like I was in Coral Springs. Thank you for your time.

Appointment was made for Thursday the 4th at 1:30, and my car was ready today Friday the 5th at 11 am.! It was only the yearly service, nothing difficult. It sounds you’re very disorganized. Luana, who took care of my car, was very nice and apologized for the delay.

In vehicle settings the oil Guage doesn't show topped off. Is that common or is it to match the car which was said to be top off ?

Poor value for the cost. No attempt made at repairing defective headliner that had previously been repaired. Really..800 labor to change the oil and tip off fluids...maybe an hours worth of work. And the additional services you try to convince owners they need done to their vehicles is offensive.
