I’m really thrilled with the service I got from Audi!!!
I had a 2:30 appointment to have a key programed and my car was not pulled into the garage until 3:40. When I complained, Rodrigo told me that he had nobody available to do the job. If that was the case, I should have been call at home and told to come later or make a new appointment.
