I was disappointed in the lack of uniform COVID precautions and lack of contact free options. It just doesn’t seem to be taken seriously there and as a high risk individual, causes me to have second thoughts about returning.

Ryan was very informative on what the codes were that came up on my vehicle as well as what may have caused them. Though it could not be determined what really caused them.
Problems were not Ryan’s fault but parts were ordered wrong and rental vehicle was picked in the morning when I was told it would be picked up later in the afternoon. Kids car seats were in the rental when it was picked up.
On time, quick service and friendly personal.
When I picked up my keep the defrost on the driver side still wasn’t working. I’ll call in the morning. Also the auto start wouldn’t start either.
Ryan kept me informed every step of the way. Very polite and helpful.
