I really don’t like the fact that we are unable to stay in the vehicle while a simple oil change is done. And also that it takes nearly an hour and a half. No one went over anything with me, just handed me the paperwork and sent me on my way.

It should have been told to me that I couldn't drive the vehicle back to the dealership as the oil was completely empty. I had to request a tow and then it was taken care of. It would most certainly have ruined the engine. Thank you.
