My jeep wrangler was stuck in low gear on the last day of a deer hunting week with my son. We live 3.5 hour drive south and dropped the jeep of on Sunday using your drop box service. I was happy to be contacted promptly Monday morning. Laurel was excellent with me on my jeep wrangler repairs. Super informative She kept me updated promptly of the progress and managed to get the repairs completed earlier than expected. Very happy with my experience!!! Thank you Laurel!!!

Got my vehicle in after making an appointment three weeks in advance for a known problem my model Toyota has. After taking a day off work without pay waiting in the office for over two hours. I have to now redo that all because they don’t have that part on hand . if it was a well-known problem and there were three weeks of time before I got there why couldn’t they order the part instead of making me revisit? I was also told that if this seal didn’t work that I was out of luck and that’s just not true. I’ve seen that on the Toyota website there’s other solutions it’s time and money for me to come up there. I understand you have to evaluate the problem prior to fixing the problem, but it just would be nice if there was a little more proactive on the mechanics part to do some ordering ahead of time. You can always return it or use it on another car.

I have been a Fernelius customer since purchasing our 2015 Rav 4. Service has always been excellent - no issues, done in a very reasonable amount of time, generally at what I consider to be a reasonable cost and the service people are friendly and efficient. Just purchased a 2024 Rav4 and will continue to bring it to Fernelius for service.
