My past dealership ALWAYS gave my vehicle a nice quick bath on the outside before returning it me...it rather sucked getting into my still what I consider new car full of a buggy windshield and drinking away.. My husband was in the service business for 20 years and could not believe it either...Other than that disappoinment everything was fine

I had paid for an oil change, but I don't think it was done. The sticker in the window is the same as when I brought it in, also the oil life monitor is not reset.
