Not happy with the way your tire rotation is applied considering I only have 21000 miles on my truck and the alignment came back with no issues????
Just didn't have a good experience this time around. Was quite disappointing because overall, this dealership has been great for servicing my Toyota's but now have a VERY sour taste from my experience today.
Was quoted one thing from the first person (express lane worker), and gave a total from Ryan at a much higher rate for a simple thing... after spending $750 to get my car running right, my car isn't running right. Was not told my car had a different battery than OEM in it and had it been explained to me, today might have turned out differently. Now a car with almost $1000 dollars worth of work completed, is still sitting because of a lack of communication and explanation from Toyota today. I also asked several weeks ago when the car was brought in all dash warning lights were off, and they are not. Very disappointed as I normally recommend this shop to anyone with a Toyota.
Service was great! Dylan was fantastic! Great communication while i waited for a warranty issue to be performed.
It was great that they were able pick up our vehicle and return by days end
In past truck was clean and washed. Must not be part of all service trips. Can this be requested? Even if charged.

Waste of my time, nothing was repaired due to the dealerships mistake. Lack of communication when employees are supposed to return calls to customers.

I never actually talked to Ryan. I did get two texts from him. My initial call was to Robby and he was polite and very friendly. Bryan was my tech. However, most of the follow up and my conversations were with Aaron. He did a great job of keeping me informed, got to my Jeep earlier than expected (which was an pleasant surprise since I was not on their planned schedule) and followed up on a recall inquiry that I had. Great team effort.
Work was done. But why not run the car through the wash? To me, that's the difference between good and great service.
John Budzinski, mechanic, once again did a professional job finishing up on tune up which needed parts not in stock. John's the real hero here!
Dylan was great! The guys figured out the problems and fixed one, waiting on parts for the other. Dylan communicated with me while i waited and was very helpful. Actually, everyone there is always friendly and helpful.
