It was such a good experience! Probably the best I’ve ever had.
I had a problem that you analyzed and corrected for me-we we’re traveling north, and after two jumps, away from our base , your people took care of my wierd problem- a new battery-and explained the warnings that showed up on my screen. Your cafe was excellent, and provided us with something to do while waiting to get the problem resolved. You get a plus, plus!
