Generally happy with service. I do, however, notice that for both of our Toyota cars (Rav 4 & Highlander hybrid) there is a consistent problem with reprogramming the TPMS when we mount the summer or winter rims & tires. I had the winter tires put on the Hylander this afternoon and the tire pressure monitoring dashboard light went on after I had driven approximately 15 miles. I ended up purchasing a tool to program the Rav 4 and have not had a problem since I started programming it myself. I guess I will have to do the same for the Hylander. This problem started approximately 3 years ago on the Rav 4 and several years ago on the Hylander. Could there be a problem with your programming tool? Are other customers experiencing this?

Your service department is working well, it is greatly improved from the shitshow of a few years ago when they told me it would take five hours to change the sparkplugs in my Taco.

There's still some things that weren't in address that I did not ask them to do but it would it was simple things And it's just as much my fault I probably shouldn't ask them to make sure everything was working when it left

They said they adjusted the air pressure in all my tires but according to my gauges I have one tire 4 pounds lower than the rest of them. Other than that everybody was very courteous and everything went well wasn’t sure why they had to get into my glove compartment but I did see the tech into my glove compartment
