Well I took my truck to here and they said they did the recall u can tell they didn’t. The truck ran when it went in but once they relearned the key it wouldn’t start. They told me it wasn’t anything they did and wanted to change me $126 for diagnosing it. Well I told them to push it outside since it’s been over 5 days since this happened all to a blown fuse they all said they checked. So definitely not taking my vehicles there again
I brought my car in because it was making a strange noise coming from the driver's side rear but it was not all the time. I explained that the the service manager and he said bring it in and they would take it for a ride to see if they could find the problem. We agreed that it might be hard to diagnose because it was not making this noise all the time. Since I have a warranty with you I agreed that was the best way to find out what the problem is . He called me and said that he couldn't find the problem but if it made the noise on a consistent basis, they could figure it out. That was fine, however I did not feel that I should get charged 64 bucks for them to take it for a ride and not find the problem. I'm not happy at all about this because I paid a lot of money for a warranty and that is why I brought it there. I know at least 3 other mechanics that would have tried to find the problem for no charge if they didn't find anything. I believe in supporting local businesses as this is my hometown, but things like this make it difficult sometimes. Thank you for taking the time to reach out to me and discuss my experience with your team. I'm sure they are good people and just trying to do their job.

I specifically told the service department to look through my vehicle good so I didn't have to come back later to have something done, a week and a half later I'm told I needed a new air filter and serpentine belt, when I had my radiator replaced wouldn't they have realized I needed a new belt? After having almost $4700 dollars worth of work done a and having my vehicle back for a week , I shouldn't be told I need a new belt!

I would have appreciated a quieter waiting area not so close to the loud cafe with it’s invasive “foreground” music. A “library” room for those of us who brought a book, perhaps? I noticed an unused room with a glass divider wall behind the waiting area might work for quiet living 70+ folk like myself.
