Satisfied with requested repairs and thanks to Chuck Colamarino for keeping my wife apprised of the time schedule and when her car was completed.
In the future please make your customers aware of the very lengthy time that they may have to wait for service- I was there for over 2 hours and had to miss an appointment in Philadelphia because of this issue. Please be mindful that customers schedule appointments and if there is going to be a delay they should be notified. Thank you

I have an extended warranty on my 2020 Toyota Corolla that I purchased used from you in July, 2020. My car was brought in today for routine maintenance. The tech told my son that I only have 1 oil change left after this- and they did not change the oil. Also, the tech stated that they rotated my tires, and they did not. I have lost faith in your service department, to say the least.

I asked to get a quote about body work , when I went to get my car after work the guy who checks the body work was just sitting at his desk and the quote was not completed. I didn’t have the time for him to do it in the moment that’s why I asked in advance. I dropped my car off at 8 am and picked my car up around 4. Service was great as always and customer service was great. I love this Toyota and everyone is super friendly and approachable and I will continue to come there for service , I feel this may have just been a break down in communication. No big deal overall the experience is always very pleasant with this team :)

The service representative was great. Very professional and kept me up to date on the progress of the vehicle. Unfortunately the service seems like it took much longer than it should have and that is an experience I’ve had before. This was routine 5000 mile service and I was told it should take approximately an hour. Ended up taking almost 2 hours.
Upon arrival, I was told I did not have an appt - even though I called and made one days before. I called and asked what day/time would be the best time to come in so I could be in and out quickly for my 10,000 mile oil change. I was told 7:30 am on Tuesday. I arrived at 7:25am, but was told there was no appt in the computer and waited more than an hour.
They also did not turn off the “time for maintenance” alert on my console. Not a big deal, just annoying that I have to call tomorrow to figure out how to do it.

A minor consideration—I had to locate my car in the parking lot and the paper floor mat and plastic seat cover had not been removed.
Top notch service from arrival to departure. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and polite. Even the sales guys rushing to and fro said hello and allowed me to let them pass without seemingly trying to run me over. The cashier (sorry I forgot her name was a delight and very upbeat! Most of all Michael was kind, patient and informative even with having to service multiple guest. I look forward to my next visit with the confidence of being treated like a person and not just a sale.
