I appreciate the fact that you could get the work done on my car in one day. The car ran more smoothly with the new tires and brakes. I was also happy to see that the tire pressure light on the dashboard was now fixed and reset. I feel much safer driving my car. Thank you!

This entire process of having my vehicle fixed after an accident has been nothing short of a nightmare. I understand things take time and that a lot of the work could not be done until insurance payouts were made, however, I was rarely told what was happening and the entire process took 4 months. I did not have a vehicle to use, causing major issues with my job. I’ve made 4 car payments for a car I did not have. It wasn’t until Toyota “fixed” my car improperly that they gave me a loner car, and only at my request for one. I was given my car back without them properly testing and making sure everything was done correctly to fix the vehicle. I had to bring it back to be worked on again. This time for an entire month because Toyota didn’t go through the proper channels to have the insurance adjuster come back out to evaluate the car. Weeks my car just sat at the service center not being worked on. I’m frustrated that it took this long to get my vehicle back. I’m frustrated that I’ve paid my car payment for 4 months without even having the vehicle in my possession. I think the communication of the dealership was extremely lacking from the start and it’s a shame because I was told this process would be simple and easy and it’s been far from that. I did not cause the accident, I was simply a bystander in the wrong place at the wrong time. I’ve had great experiences in the past with the service center and felt confident they’d fix the car without a problem. But it was the complete opposite of my past experiences And to think they put me back in my vehicle when it was not safe to drive it’s extremely questionable.

It took 3 months for ToR to repair my vehicle. The service rep let things just sit until I made inquiries and intervened with the insurance company. I absolutely will never have any business dealings with your organization again, and should it come up, I will dissuade anyone from dealing with Toyota of Runnemede. Your organization is a stereotype for the worst of what a car dealership can be.

I dropped off car for 9:20am appt, for oil change & fluids checked. Did errands with daughter. Called around 2pm to see if car done. Told it was still in shop. Got dropped off at Toyota around 3. Let them know I was in waiting area. Car still in shop.Got text saying “don’t worry” Toyota hasn’t forgotten about me at 3pm. Then got call from Charles telling me what the tech recomended for my car. So 9:20am to 3pm before I received word car was finally being looked at. At 4:10pm rec’d text my car was ready. Then got call from Charles car was done. Got to cashier desk & my paperwork not there, waited few mins for paperwork. So 6 1/2 hrs after my 9:20appt, car done. Pulled out Toyota lot & saw my mileage was 73,000 & not my 60,000!! I went back & Charles corrected it, tech forgot to change back. I understand they were short techs & that was reason for delay. I wish I would have gotten call before my appt about delay & give me option to keep appt or reschedule. I purchased my car new in 2009.Always have car serviced at this Toyota. Last few years, however the customer service not the same as when I first purchased car. Guess the older, used Toyotas don’t matter…..

My car was serviced on 10/27/22 at 98673 miles, and certain items were repeated with less than 2000 miles logged on the car. Engine/cabin filters, fuel injection service and wheel alignment were serviced recently, but recommended again this time. When I received a call recommending these services I didn’t have the paperwork showing I’d just paid for them in Oct (invoice 504495). That gives me the impression these services weren’t really needed, or we’re not completed properly by same shop in Oct if visual indications suggested they be serviced again so soon.

I understand being busy, but not updating the client when one says they’re going to on that day weakens my trust with the company. The professionalism at the service department needs to be revisited. The sales team are very considerate people who go out of their way to make consumers feel better because of the poor performance displayed at the service department.

I stayed on site because the time estimate for my service was 1 1/2 hrs. It took 2x as long as estimated. Not the end of the world, but I would have left the premises and returned at end of day if the service was more complicated than originally thought.

To be honest, the actual results of the service are fine; the length of time that the customer has to endure during the service are horrendous. I don’t understand why it takes so long to perform what seem to be routine maintenance on newer vehicles. Case in point: for my 30,000 mile service this week, I was there for 3 hours-with an appointment-the guy who checked me in said 1.5-2 hours-and I didn’t get any update until I paced through the service department hoping for an end to this nightmare. The prior service (tire rotation), took two hours-I do not understand what your system is at this shop? Does my vehicle go from one station or technician to another for each stage of the process? It appears as though cars are brought in in multiples, and you don’t have the proper amount of staff to handle the workload. Customers are held hostage for countless hours and there is no updates given or any sense of urgency. It’s very frustrating to the customer who has many more things to do with their day than sit in a used car sales department-and the neighborhood has very little to offer to take one’s mind off the fact that one is forced to wait for seemingly no reason.
