3 hours for a service call? Changed oil and rotated the tires, this was the worst I’ve seen it, normally I’m out of there in an hour or less , then when they finished, they parked it in the back of the parking lot, hidden from everyone, without telling you where it was. The service dept was very disappointing

I would prefer more in-depth communication with the service advisor up-front about any car issues, and, like other Toyota dealerships, I would like to receive the full page service checklist from the tech which indicates the status of the vehicle, like tires, brakes, fluids, etc.
No need for any follow-up phone call.

No report from multi-system inspection. How were my brakes? Filters? Etc.

Couldn’t find my car in the parking lot. It was parked on a far side of the lot. If I was waiting for it, shouldn’t you pull it next to the building?

Good morning, A soon as I arrived with the vehicle, Charles Colamarino provided me details on repairs and how they can contact my extended warranty provider. Your facility did the diagnostics and contacted the warranty provider with repair details and cost. The repairs were made with no costs to us. That was great. I was provided periodic updates by Charles, which I really did appreciate. My experience with Charles and your site, with cleanliness of site, friendly personality and great organization of how you work with customers was a highly positive experience for me.
