Service was great, but I have to report a bad experience with your sales team. There is a room adjacent to the waiting area and the sales team was having a meeting. The room is not soundproof. Someone in the meeting, presumably a manager, was screaming, swearing and behaving very unprofessionally. If that is his way of motivating the sales force, I want no part of buying my next car at Toyota of Runnemede.

Michael was Great, but one of my issues were not solved. I have another appt. Scheduled for December 7th. They did work on my car for a long time to solved the problem but stated they needed more time to figure it out. Hopefully when I return on Dec.7th, they will figure it out.

The service representative was unprofessional and very rude. My wife and I have been loyal Toyota of Runnemede customers since 2014. We have purchased/leased 6 vehicles since that time and the service department has been sub par in how they treated us. Today’s treatment was the last straw. We will be shopping elsewhere when it’s time for a new car.

Paperwork had wrong mileage listed by over 400 miles. When I brought it to attention of serviceman at stationed #6 he just brushed it off and basically stated nothing he could do about since work was completed. Was not happy with that Unprofessional respinse

I am bringing the car back Saturday morning because the car was not service correctly. The tire light was on, engine light came on, the trac off light was on, and the 4WD light was on. I don’t believe they test drove the car because if they had they would have seen it. The tire light was on before I pulled out of the lot. Then the rest of the lights came on when I turned on to clements bridge road. I am not a happy camper. I spoke to Rich and he said to bring it in.
