Mike and his team did a great job in getting my car serviced. Everything was explained to me for the additional work needed. The customer service area definitely needs to be separated from the sales area and needs a definite upgrade.

Chuck was professional, knowledgeable and answered questions I had about why the brakes may have worn so quickly. The only comment I would make overall is that it seems too many appointments are made and as a result the wait times for the repairs are too long.
