I love taking my car to Runnemede Toyota that I called Chuck and he knows who I am he knows my car he treats me great honest . I trust anything that he says he tells him if something's coming up that I may need on the car and that's great n I can plan for it n budget my money to take care if it. I have total 100% trust in him and everyone there are great

I appreciate all of you for easing my worried mind and fixing the brakes, rotors and antenna as promised by Stan. When I first laid eyes on my vehicle I saw it before it was detailed, Stan emailed me pictures and I sent him a deposit because I see potential in my car. Your team helped prove to my daughter that some people do keep their word. She had an awful experience her first time purchasing a used vehicle. She's been paying for her car for almost a year and hasn't driven it a full month yet now they are saying the engine is blown. She didn't have too much faith in your team honoring your word. You see how something as little as keeping your word and doing your job can really have a huge impact on society. Your team helped me teach my daughter and son in-law that you don't have to be heartless or cold when doing business, just mindful???? See Ya when I reach 3,000 miles?????

Same appointment time given to other clients. Waited a long time for just an oil change. The problem is not the staff, the problem lies with scheduling and management. Other clients were talking and complaining about the wait too.
