I had an appointment at 10:45 this morning and at 12pm my car still had not been taken back. I was not updated or made aware in any way about the delay. By the time I left the lot it was just about 1:15pm. I arrived 15 mins early and spent over 3 hours waiting for an oil change and tire rotation.

I had an appointment for an oil change. It took over two hours. This is ridiculous! There was another customer in the waiting room that had the same experience.

It seemed that the service department was behind schedule. Which was not communicated at drop off. I was told that due to acOVIDit takes 2 hours for an oil change.

Not enough communication re: timing of car repair, and timing when car can be released. Several other service customers indicated staff blames slowness on "covid".

Overall Dissatisfied with my service waited for over two hours for a tire rotation when I had an appointment. The staff never came and got me when I was finished I had to find them to see when I would be done. Handed me my paperwork and sent me on my way without telling me where my car was parked so I had to walk around the entire lot to find it. Staff should learn how to communicate with customers of appropriate time when cars will be finished. I received a text message that my car was done halfway home
