Len was awesome. However, I did ask for a trade-in appraisal. I was directed to a very young man, who obviously was very new. And obviously thought I was stupid. He offered me $3000 below bluebook for my car. I actually laughed at him. He asked me how much I would take and I came up several thousand dollars from his estimate and he immediately said if we gave you that will you buy a car from us? Are you kidding me? I will never buy another car from Toyota of Runnemede. They obviously saw an older woman and thought they could pull something over on me.

After I drove out of Runnemede Toyota about 4 miles to the Sam’s Club in Deptford I get out went to lock my truck and I realized my hood wasn’t shut. If I had driven on the 42 or any other highway 65 miles an hour that hood would’ve ripped open and smashed my windshield. It would’ve caused a major accident.

Good people but service not to good last time I was there they forgot to Phill up my windshield washer and did not put the sticker on the window for when the next oil change is due this they forgot to put the sticker again and did not reset the service alert in the car like I said good people but bad service

It took over 3 hours for an oil change & tire rotation. I had a light warning of low tire pressure which was a concern I expressed clearly. I was told the tires were checked and repressurized. When I got into my vehicle this light, my main concern, was STILL on! It was taken back, and another worker informed me the tires needed air!! I now doubt this concern was ever evaluated in the first place. I have been using this service since 2002 and have never had an experience like this - very disappointing .

This appointment was scheduled over a month ago. When I came in that time, I was told that the 2 hour appointment would take 4-5 hours IF they got to it at all. Remember I had an appointment scheduled through you but that was what I was told. I then was told by the guy who works at desk 2 (mike Joyce apparently left early) that it is what it is and I needed to deal with it because they are swamped. Some way to treat a customer who in the last 2 years has purchased 2 vehicles from that dealership at approximately 85k. Today I waited 3.5 hours. Lydia has always been very good when speaking to her on the phone but aside from that the service leaves a lot to be desired across the board. Not a very happy Toyota of Runnemede customer. I guess that truly doesn’t matter bc they already have my 85k.
