I had an appointment at 8:15am for routine service. My car sat outside for almost two hours before being brought into the shop to be serviced. At 10:47am my car was ready, two and a half hours later.

As always Runnemede Toyota and service manager Chuck Colamarino performed as expected. Always kept me apprised during my RAV4 service appointment. I’ve often recommended Runnemede to friends who own Toyota’s rather than the other dealer on Mt Laurel.

I asked for tire pressure light to be checked/evaluated- I was told it was the spare sensor and it was fixed. Once again it was on and just by chance I was in Maryland. I blew a tire on the highway and when the spare was put on it was filled to 20PSI instead of the 60. I’m now sure what was checked cause this was a specific request of mine and and I’m not sure whether my indicator light is accurate or not. The tire sensor light is still on

When I returned home I noticed that when I restarted my car the "Servicd Required Soon" light was still on. I texted Charles later in the day but have not heard back. I am assuming that the tech never reset the computer.
