My car is not running correctly, cylinder 1 and 2 misfires randomly, Tiguan is only getting 15/19mpg on average, hard shifts, and engine noise that multiple people agree with me sounds like rod knock and rod bearing wear. They said they couldn’t find any issues. This will unfortunately be my last Volkswagen I will Own. Growing up I have Owned over 15 different gtis, jettas and now this Tiguan. This experience has made me start looking into other car manufacturers

No I wasn’t satisfied with the service I kept calling and wouldn’t get any response I had to go to the service department and they had me waiting for a while before they attended me after weeks of trouble shooting and fixing the problem they gave me my car back on empty it was so disappointing since the service department had been great up to that point

Service advisor was fine! Prices are ridiculously high! Unaffordable! Please reconsider this policy and you will have more customers and more people buy VW vehicles! As far as me I will be getting rid of my vehicle and will purchase something with less maintenance costs.

It’s either the performance of the car or the 10k mile service but I wish I would’ve gotten something other than my 2022 Passat.

I have 2 vehicles being serviced so I’m not sure which is being asked. 1 I bought as a certified used vehicle that I was told needed an axle changed and the part was ready to install. The part is on back order and I have yet to have my vehicle fixed. Second, My TDI has been in service for almost 2 whole months, and there is still absolutely no ETA on when my vehicle will be ready, and what is actually wrong with it. I bought VW thinking the customer service would be better than what I have received. The only good service has been provided by CK the service manager.

We have used three different service technicians at Brandon Volkswagen, and the experience never changes. All of the service techs are wonderful! We’re only going to end up living here for about three years, but this dealership and it’s personnel actually help the case for moving back to the area one day, no joke!
