I had an 8:30 appointment to get a tire fixed under my tire insurance. My vehicle was not ready until after 1pm. I took my own Ubers back and forth at my will but figured if I took an Uber back during my lunch hour I wouldn’t lose anymore time from work. Got there at 12:15 ish and didn’t get my car until 1:00. An hour later I received a notice telling me payment was due so I sent a message asking why it was there and the only response I got back was this link for a survey. The payment due still shows on my account. I also didn’t even receive a receipt of any kind showing exactly what was done to my car. Even though it is covered by insurance, I still like record of what has been done to my car.
Your service manager is a crook. Not only was my belt installed improperly by a tech at his facility, it was misdiagnosed again when I returned. It was the wrong belt. That they installed. He wouldn't make it right and said I'd have to take somewhere else. I did. And they fixed it and ate the cost. This dealership is full of dishonest management who don't care about their customers. Your service reps however, were polite and patient. I was extremely frustrated and their customer service didn't flinch. They were admirable. Your management needs to be fired. Specifically the service manager. I will never bring this vehicle or any others here again. I love this car, but this soured me on Volkswagen almost entirely.
We thought Jonathan was very personable and hope to work with him in the future.
Something else we really liked was the video of what the mechanic was doing to our car.

I'm not happy with the service provided this time because after the tech heard the noise on the speaker and spoke to me about it, nothing was done I was convinced that I need to wait till is totallly damaged in order for you guys to replace it. Also the paperwork states that no problem was found and that's the way that submodel is,after comparing with other ones. Correct me if I'm wrong, but We are the reason VW has business. Hopefully this message is read but the right person. Thank you.
