Michael did an absolutely fantastic job. I accidentally made my appointment for the wrong day (online) and he was extremely personable and accommodated by squeezing me into the schedule. Michael was thorough with addressing the concerns on my vehicle and had it repaired in a timely manner.
Jonathan was great however, my problem is that I had to call for a few months to even try to get in touch with somebody in the service department. I was told finally after getting in touch with somebody who’s not even in the service department, the sales manager, was the one that had to explain to me how the warranty worked, because the information was not provided to me at the time of sale. I was told it was going to cost $100 and there was a possibility that there would be a diagnostic fee but that it would more than likely be covered by the warranty. After dropping off the car on Monday morning I finally heard back Wednesday afternoon only for them to tell me there was approximately 3 to 4 more hours of diagnostic work that needed to be done that was not going to be covered under the warranty. I feel cheated, and I feel very taken advantage of because if I knew that I had to come up with almost $1000 prior to me paying the warrantee fee. I probably would’ve never purchased the warranty in the first place. When I asked the service manager why they would not let anybody know that this is more than likely the cost of it, especially since they knew the complexity of the issue with my vehicle, I was told “we don’t tell people the price otherwise, nobody would come here“ that is absolutely unacceptable I do sincerely, apologize to Jonathan for being so upset as he was the one that took the brunt of my anger however your service manager I don’t care how long he’s been working for Volkswagen if it’s been 20 years or 20 days, he was completely out of line. So now my warranty is almost expired due to the mileage and my vehicle is not fixed due to lack of communication with regards to pricing and an appropriate estimate of how long a diagnostic would take given the problem that I was experiencing. Your sales representatives, absolutely need to make sure that they are providing the customers that they are selling the warrantees to with all the information upfront. I feel completely taken advantage of. I am absolutely disgusted with the lack of care, or understanding your team has. I will never shop at Volkswagen of Brandon again and I will make sure to pass all that info along to family and friends.

The car is filthy and the passenger side tire has a nail in it. A car wash was offered at time of pickup if I wanted to wait for it. I would have expected it to have been clean before pickup.
