Very bad experience that happened with you. I feel cheated, from the beginning they don't speak clearly, they took $187 from me, which cost me a lot to earn that money. I was waiting for a diagnosis of my vehicle and to specify the fault. and they give me some codes I do nothing with that. They ask me for more time but I have to give them more money. They don't speak clearly from the beginning. I do not recommend them and my experience with you goes to social networks so that you do not fall into that trap.
Sydney had all that paperwork done in a flash. First time I saw the fabulous renovations. State of the arc.

Chirag provided quick and thorough service. It has been a number of years since I have been this satisfied with dealer service. I have only been to this location on two occasions; however, I feel that the service and recommendations on my vehicle have been provided in an honest and upfront manner.
I’m glad I bought the tire warranty. I got a nail in my tire and it was completely covered for a free replacement.
I took my Jetta because the EPC and check engine light were on and paid 800 to get this fixed. Few days later the issue was still there
Jonathan was great with my experience. I am from California a newbie to Tampa and it’s great to know I have Jonathan to help me with any issues with my Touareg. The car has lots of miles on just like me.

Both the Service Manager CK and servicer Chirac Thakkar were curteou, professional and timely. They communicated extremely well from start to completion on our windshield replacement.
