Great service and thank you
Had a 1 pm appointment for an oil change. I was given an opportunity to have suggested service done for$602. I denied it. Two hours later my car had not had an oil change. I asked for the car back and I left with out having the oil changed. Wonder if I agreed to the $602 if I would have had the oil change done in a timely manner.
Seth was amazing! Excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful.

Seth Kalman's professionalism and approachability were evident throughout my interaction with him. He consistently kept me well-informed and provided clear expectations for when I could anticipate updates. In contrast, my experience with Michael Cruz was less satisfactory. His demeanor suggested that he had numerous competing priorities, resulting in infrequent updates and a sense of inconvenience when seeking information. Unlike Seth, Michael rarely communicated, aside from notifying me when the vehicle was ready. I found myself repeatedly reaching out for updates, often met with voicemail when attempting to contact him by phone.
Took 3 hours to find out it was a “software update” and when I got the car back i started having the same error “emergency call function” again two days later.
Job well done as a service writer should do
Michael is always excellent to work with. 10/10.
